- Fundamentals of Environmental Management
Provides an introductory background in environmental stewardship, including land management, natural and cultural history, outdoor interpretation, and education.
- Greening the Urban Environment
Students are introduced to the technical, ecological, social, and planning fundamentals of sustainable construction projects.
- Urban Agroecology
This certificate offers the fundamentals of urban food production on small and large-scale productions. Settings include home gardens, schools, community gardens, and farms.
